Al Gardner, President

 

Al Gardner joined Tumaini’s board in June 2009 because of his desire to make a difference in the lives of orphans. Currently the Director of Information Technology for
the Denver Rescue Mission’s five metro-area locations, Al is also Senior Pastor of Petra Christian Church in Aurora, CO. Al holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in IT Management.

 

Having designed IT networks for companies of varying scale throughout his career, Al
is a noted speaker for technology panels and think tanks. Al’s expertise in IT strategy
and integration for non-profit work environments is a rewarding passion benefitting many organizations. Al is most proud to be a husband (Rachel Gardner) and father of their
three children.
